Devon Marsalis Beauty wants to enhance and elevate your beauty lifestyle
I'm Deborah Pettigrew b.k.a. Debi GlamStarr, the creator of Devon Marsalis Beauty. My make-up company is my second child, named after my only son Devon Marsalis. It has been a long-time dream of mine to have my own makeup line. My life and grind have been like a caterpillar going through stages that have completed its metamorphosis to a blooming butterfly which is represented with my logo. I want every DMB customer to release their inner butterfly with the stroke of a brush, and that's the beauty of transformation.
For the last 20 years, I have been working as a makeup artist in tv, film, commercials, and print. I have enhanced many celebrities: McLyte, YoYo, Lil Mama, former vice president Mike Pence, and B.E.T. network founder Robert Johnson, just to name a few. It was always a challenge to find affordable quality cosmetics and colors that complement women of color.
I created DMB to fill this void and offer all-in-one pallete options and other cosmetics to amateur and professional mua's. Our goal is to become a global luxury brand and continue to improve our quality and variety for all who love to create, re-create and transform.
